Eating too much isn’t good for your health and it can be a trigger for a lot of problems including: coronary heart diseases, stroke, some kind of cancers etc. Then another observation I had earlier is now scientifically explained. Believe it or not the amount of sleep you have can have a significant impact on your bodyweight! There are two hormones in our body which control some of our eating habits ghrelin and leptin. Ghrelin was the hormone which helped us survive the primitive times of past when we never knew where will the next meal come from. Basically it gives us the impulse to eat more. It was ok for the caveman but today it makes us a lot of headache. Leptin is a hormone which says – its enough. No S dieting is among them. Its simple and easy – no complicated rules to follow, no counting of calories and no special food combinations. Just three simple rules: No Snacks (no snacks between meals, not even healthy ones) Easy, isn’t it? Add to that walking instead of driving your car everywhere and you have a recipe for a easy and healthy weight loss. |
